Before you begin, make sure you're on an active Telxmedia plan. This is required to submit a number transfer request.

How to Transfer Your Number

Follow the steps to submit your request through your MyTelxmedia account. If you don’t have an account yet, no worries — you can create one before proceeding.

1. Gather Your Account Information

Before you begin, have these details from your previous wireless service provider:

  • Account Number
  • Number Transfer PIN
  • Billing Zip Code

The easiest way to get this information is by contacting your previous wireless service provider. Your old account needs to be active in order to transfer your number, so you may need to give them a heads up.

2. Log in to MyTelxmedia

Access your MyTelxmedia account through the Android or iOS app, or on the website.

If you don’t have an account, create one before proceeding.

3. Submit Your Transfer Request

Open the menu and select “Transfer Your Number”.

Follow the prompts and fill out the form with:

  • Phone number you want to transfer into Telxmedia
  • Mobile service provider you are transferring from
  • Account number from that provider
  • PIN or password from that provider

Click “Check” to verify if your number is eligible to transfer.

4. Confirm the Transfer

Once we confirm your number is eligible, click “Transfer” to submit your request.

5. Wait for Processing

After you submit, we will begin transferring your number. Depending on your current carrier, this process can take a few hours to up to three business days.

Be on the lookout for an email in case we encounter any issues or errors along the way! You may need to log back in to your account or contact us to resolve the issue.

6. Get Your Transfer Confirmation

You’ll receive an email at the address linked to your MyTelxmedia account once the transfer is complete.

After the transfer has been completed, your transferred number will be your official Telxmedia number.

Please note:

  • You may need to restart your phone to refresh the signal and confirm the update.
  • Moving forward, log in to MyTelxmedia using your transferred number and your existing password — there’s no need to create a new account.
